Agree on inspection, packing and delivery

Glass protection and clear delivery details belong in the quotation discussion.

Before your order

  • Agree on appearance, dimensions, component function and inspection records.
  • Confirm individual protection, carton quantities, dimensions, weight and shipping marks.
  • Discuss transport test requirements for the bottle and shipping route.
  • Provide the destination, required delivery date and preferred trade terms.

What quality checks can we agree on?

Define appearance, dimensions, usable capacity and component function against an approved sample. Ask about inspection photos, videos, reports and any documents needed for your market when discussing the order.

How will my bottles be packed?

Discuss individual protection, carton quantity, carton dimensions, weight and shipping marks. The packing method and any transport tests should be agreed for the selected bottle and shipping route.

How are production and shipping times confirmed?

Lead time depends on design development, sample approval, quantity and packaging. Share your destination and required delivery date so production timing, transport options and trade terms can be discussed.

Confirm the specification with our factory before approving production.
